Borys Pravdyvyi is a Ukrainian artist working in the field of easel and book graphics.
Biography of Borys Pravdyvyi
The artist was born in 1937 in Zhytomyr Oblast. In 1961, he graduated from the Kyiv Art Institute, and in 1965 completed the creative studios of the Academy of Arts of the USSR in Kyiv. His professional tutors were Oleksandr Pashchenko and Leonid Chychkan.
Borys Pravdyvyi’s graphics have been featured in republican exhibitions since 1960 and all-union exhibitions since 1961.
A member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine since 1965.

Among his original works: Change (1959); Spring in the Mountain Pasture (1961); Milkmaids (1963); Old Hutsul (1963); New House (1966); artistic design for François Mauriac's novel Thérèse Desqueyroux (1967).
