Vitalii Kravets
Vitalii Kravets was born in 1988 in Lviv, Ukraine. Lives and works in Kyiv.
He studied at the Taras Shevchenko State Art School (graduated in 2006) and the National Academy of Visual Arts and Architecture in Kyiv (graduated in 2010). Vitalii Kravets works mainly in the field of painting and graphics, but also in interdisciplinary fields, scenography, and performance.
Kravets' works are kept in the collections of Ukraine, Great Britain, France, the USA, Canada, Cyprus, Turkey, Austria, and Japan. His project "Anatomy of the Invertebrates" was nominated for the Shevchenko National Prize.
The artist has participated in lots of personal and group exhibitions, in particular, "Diana and the Roosters" at the Dukat Gallery (Kyiv, 2020), "Anatomy of the Invertebrates" at the Dukat Gallery (Kyiv, 2022), "Grafica contemporanea Italiana e Ucraina in dialogo» at Casa della Memoria (Milan, Italy, 2022), "Landscape" at Zaporizhzhia Shopping Center (2023), "Art On The Battlefront" at Künstlerhaus (Vienna, Austria, 2023), "Crying" at the Stedley Art Foundation (Kyiv, 2024).
