Inga Levi was born in Kyiv, Ukraine, where she is currently based. She studied book illustration at Kyiv Polytechnic University (NTUU KPI) in the Publishing Faculty, graduating in 2011. She later earned a degree in Contemporary Art from the Kyiv Academy of Media Arts in 2021. In 2024, she completed her master's degree at the Intermedia Faculty of the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk, Poland.
In 2021, Inga Levi served as the curator for the restoration of the mosaics at Kyiv Central Bus Station (1960-61), originally created by A. Rybachuk and V. Melnychenko.
Between 2018 and 2019, she worked as a mosaicist and acted as the representative of artist V. Melnychenko in the restoration of the "Stars and Constellations" fountain (1963-65) at the Kyiv Palace of Children and Youth.
Inga Levi works with graphics and painting, with a primary focus on urban space, architecture, and monumental art. Her artistic practice explores the interconnectedness of outer and inner landscapes, reflected in her work with urban landscapes, mosaics, installations, and transdisciplinary art.
